Job Summary
HR Generalist to support a fast-growing R&D engineering organization in Taiwan. Responsible for staffing, onboarding, developing and retaining engineering talent, and implementing HR plans aligned with business goals. Build partnerships with engineering leaders, collaborate with global HR CoEs for localized support, oversee employee life cycle actions (salary planning, relocations, promotions, job re-leveling), and guide leaders on performance management and global policy implementation. Participate in global HR initiatives and contribute to data-driven people insights in a multicultural, autonomous environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of client-facing HR experience
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis on HR data
- Hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday
- Deep knowledge in at least two core HR areas (e.g., employee relations, compensation, learning & development, compliance, or recruitment)
- Ability to navigate cross-functional structures and manage projects with agility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable track record of getting results and resolving people matters in a collaborative, multicultural setting
