Human Resources Generalist

HR Generalist I to support the manufacturing site in Brooklyn Heights, Ohio. The role serves as the primary on-site HR resource, providing day-to-day support to employees and leaders while partnering with a centralized HR team for guidance and alignment. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations support, HR transactions and documentation, data accuracy and privacy, reporting, audits and compliance, and partnering with site leadership to ensure consistent HR practices at the site level. The ideal candidate will have foundational HR knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and willingness to develop broad HR generalist capabilities within a manufacturing environment.
