Job Summary
Hands-on HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy compliance. Partners with supervisors and leadership to address workforce needs, supports safety initiatives, maintains accurate HRIS records, aids performance management and disciplinary processes, and collaborates across Sussex and Grafton facilities with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
