Job Summary
HR Generalist provides essential support across HR functions, assisting in the implementation, tracking, and evaluation of HR programs, policies, engagement initiatives, compliance, and employee relations. Supports Leave of Absence and Workers' Compensation processes, maintains employee files, aids in engagement initiatives, trainings on HR policies, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Marketing on internal communications. Travel to needed locations and on-site/off-site work are required; role emphasizes supporting a fast-paced environment, confidentiality, and legal compliance, with focus on performance reviews, benefits, total rewards, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university required
- 2+ years proven competency in Human Resources
- Experience and proven competency in implementing successful programs
- Adaptability and support of change
- Ability to lead projects of significant complexity
- HR certification a plus
