Job Summary
Human Resources Generalist responsible for full-cycle recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records and HRIS, reviewing timekeeping for payroll readiness, and generating HR reports. Supports performance management, employee engagement, compliance with employment documentation requirements, and development of SOPs for HR processes. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, and communication skills, plus experience with HRIS and ADP, with a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in Recruiting/HR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Recruiting/Human Resources
- Experience with HRIS systems and electronic document management tools
- Working knowledge of ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc.
- PHR or SHRM-CP a plus
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
