Own full-cycle recruiting for clinic roles including MAs, RTs, and front desk staff while coordinating schedules to ensure consistent staffing coverage. Manage real-time staffing needs, call-offs, and gaps by partnering with leaders to align shifts with patient volumes, and track hiring progress to improve speed and quality. Support employee relations with a proactive approach, assist with performance management and disciplinary processes, and maintain accurate employee data in Paycom. Handle onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions while reinforcing policies for day-to-day compliance.
