Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for overseeing and administering HR functions including benefits administration (HSA/FSA, COBRA, 401(k)), HRIS management (Ceridian Dayforce) and reporting, leave management, onboarding, and compliance with EEO/ADA/FMLA/ERISA. The role includes managing benefits enrollment, communicating with carriers, creating dashboards and wellness initiatives, facilitating onboarding and year-end reporting, and ensuring data accuracy and HRIS system efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years’ experience as an HRIS Administrator
- Ceridian Dayforce HRIS System
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science HR management, or comparable
- Interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements
- Experience administering benefits enrollment, COBRA, and HRIS data audits
- Experience with benefits carriers and enrollment processes
- Experience with reporting and analytics using HRIS data
- Ability to conduct New Hire Orientations and onboarding compliance
- MS Teams webinar and communication facilitation
