Job Summary
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns while supporting positive employee relations through coaching and conflict resolution. Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, and offer coordination, and assist managers with performance concerns and documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support audits and reporting requirements. Promote an inclusive workplace culture aligned with ADDMAN values and assist with policy development, benefits administration, and training coordination. Work in an office environment with occasional walks on the production floor to communicate with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of working in an office environment
- one year manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
Desired Qualifications
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or other designation
