Job Summary
Join LKQ as an HR Generalist supporting HR operations at Exeter, PA. You’ll partner with leadership to deliver HR services across employee relations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, policy compliance, training, and engagement initiatives; manage investigations and documentation; assist benefits enrollment, performance appraisals, and merit processes; ensure policy adherence and compliance; and support HR systems and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years HR experience (preferably in warehouse/manufacturing/logistics), knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. Regular travel may be required; primarily sedentary with computer-based work and some lifting. Travel may be overnight depending on position requirements. A competitive benefits package is offered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Prior Workday, UKG, ADP preferred
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
