Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for the Smyrna facility. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and supervisors, providing guidance on policies, benefits, attendance, and employee concerns. Maintain HRIS, ADP, and Time Clock Plus systems while managing onboarding paperwork, I-9 completion, and badge creation. Support employee relations matters, disciplinary documentation, and workplace investigations. Maintain employee files, conduct compliance audits, and assist with terminations and unemployment requests. Partner with the Kennesaw facility for cross-location support and manage temporary workforce communication. Work onsite at 5200 Highlands Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA, reporting to a Sr. HR Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems, and/or timekeeping systems
- Bilingual Spanish
- Haitian Creole
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with employees and leadership teams
