Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will administer HR programs, practices, and policies while supporting various areas of the business. Responsibilities include staffing and recruitment, responding to employee relations issues, assisting in HR policy development, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should possess strong knowledge in HR disciplines, effective internal investigation skills, and collaboration abilities. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of HR experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3 plus years of proven progressive HR experience preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, organizational diagnostics, diversity, performance management, compensation, employment laws
- Thorough internal investigative skills
- Effective collaboration skills
- Strong communication and business literacy
- Strong change management and process improvement skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and administer a broad range of tasks
- Ability to identify problems and drive solutions
Desired Qualifications
- HR related certification desired, SHRM preferred
