Job Summary
Conduct workplace investigations into harassment, discrimination, and policy violations while recommending corrective actions and coaching managers on performance management. Administer all leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Support organizational initiatives by managing onboarding, transitions, and offboarding while maintaining accurate employee records in Paycom. Create HR reports and dashboards to analyze workforce trends and identify efficiencies for process improvement projects. Partner with leaders and employees to foster a positive culture and resolve complex employee relations issues. Work Monday through Thursday in-office with remote Fridays in a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Strong employee relations experience
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations
- Extensive knowledge of FMLA administration
- Experience with ADA accommodations and the interactive process
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws
- Experience coaching managers on employee relations and performance management
- Experience working in an HRIS; Paycom experience is strongly preferred
