Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for all resort roles including hospitality, operations, maintenance, F&B, guest services, and seasonal staff by developing sourcing strategies across Indeed, LinkedIn, and local pipelines. Conduct interviews, coach managers on selection best practices, manage offer negotiations, and track key recruiting KPIs to improve hiring outcomes. Serve as the on-site HR advisor handling employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Drive onboarding programs, maintain HRIS systems, and influence staffing models to support business goals and guest experiences. Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and mentor supervisors on people leadership best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to influence leaders and operate independently as the sole HR presence on-site
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, resorts, RV parks, property management, or multi-unit environments
- Experience mentoring leaders or acting in a lead HR capacity
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
