Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will serve as the point person for payroll processing and employee benefits (including 403b/retirement plans and health benefits), administer FMLA and ADA processes, monitor Workers' Compensation claims, support performance reviews, manage employee engagement surveys, and act as the primary payroll administrator. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office, and a solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of HR experience are required; SHRM or PHR certification is a plus. The position is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement after 60 days in Rockville, MD.
