Job Summary
Create, post, and process actions in the HRIS System while maintaining personnel records and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university regulations. Investigate HR and payroll errors, recommend corrective actions, and prepare complex reports for approval. Assist supervisors and employees with HR-related questions, direct them to payroll resources, and serve as a liaison in employment matters. Coordinate survey results, provide logistical support for events, and cross-train on specialized functions such as benefits, classification, and employee relations. Effectively communicate HR programs and policies to staff while collaborating on process updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology or related field
- One (1) year of related experience
