Job Summary
HR Generalist I/II at SCF responsible for comprehensive employee relations, administrative and technical HR support, partnering with employees and supervisors to guide performance management, identify resources for training and development, and facilitate constructive conflict resolution. Ensures SCF policies are clearly understood and consistently applied across employment scenarios. Two levels with progressively more responsible duties; requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and, for II, aPHR or certification within one year. Health-immunization requirements apply for Health Care Personnel positions; Alaska Native/American Indian preference in hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- experience in employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- ability to ensure policies and procedures are understood and applied
- availability to meet immunization requirements for Health Care Personnel positions (as applicable)
