Job Summary
HR Generalist I provides end-to-end human resources support across employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training and development, and the employee life cycle; serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering compliant and business-aligned HR solutions; supports a portfolio of work including project management, and communicates with clients and internal teams in a hybrid Colorado environment; requires a Bachelor's degree, PHR/SPHR within one year, 3+ years HR experience, and proficiency with HRIS/Payroll/ATS tools; role is exempt with 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or a combination of education and experience
- PHR/SHRM-CP and/or SPHR/SHRM-CP certification required within the first year
- 3+ years of HR experience or equivalent demonstrated capability in Human Resources
- Intermediate experience collaborating with vendors and implementing or supporting HR technology tools (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, ATS)
- Intermediate organizational skills, attention to detail, quality control, delegation (as applicable), and process management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Project management and software associated (Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or ClickUp)
- Strong typing/keyboard skills
- Intermediate execution, Advanced production and review, developing consultative judgment
