Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding. Facilitate new hire orientation on a rotating schedule while managing room setup and cleanup. Maintain compliant employee records, conduct internal audits of personnel files and I-9s, and support benefits compliance audits. Monitor federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure accurate execution across all states of operation. Assist with employee engagement events, surveys, and company-wide meetings. Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to travel up to 10%. Monday through Friday schedule with potential after-hours shifts. Starting pay is $21.88 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting audits or recordkeeping processes
- Ability to travel up to 10% as required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances or customer-specific credentials, if applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in Human Resources or compliance preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience
- Experience facilitating orientations and employee training
