Job Summary
Conduct recruitment efforts for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary personnel while managing applicant tracking systems and coordinating new-employee orientations. Perform benefits administration, including invoice reconciliation and communicating healthcare reform updates, alongside employee relations counseling and exit interviews. Administer performance reviews, salary adjustments, and compliance tracking for certifications such as CPR, TB, and driver's licenses. Maintain HRIS records, compile reports, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local legal requirements. Develop HR solutions by analyzing data and recommend courses of action for management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED equivalent
- 2 to 3 years
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of HRIS administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong collaborating skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- High energy
