Job Summary
As the Human Resources Generalist I, you will support the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources and the HR department in planning and executing HR-related processes and programs through ongoing administrative support. The role emphasizes contributing as a team member and thought leader, applies a foundational HR skill set, and supports a comprehensive benefits program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, 401(k), ESOP) and employee communications. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with an associate’s degree in Human Resources preferred, and approximately two years of HR experience at a large organization or equivalent education/experience. The position is based in Nashville, TN, with in-person work expected at the Nashville location. Master’s tuition reimbursement is also noted as part of the company benefits.
