Human Resources Generalist (HRG)

Job Summary
Oversees HR departments for multiple care centers (skilled nursing homes); provides ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management and staff; directs and oversees the work of full-time employees; partners with department heads on recruitment, hiring, and staff orientation/training across multiple care centers; designs and implements recruitment and retention programs; evaluates candidates and makes significant recommendations on hiring; has authority on HR staff employment decisions; develops employee recognition and engagement initiatives; maintains facility HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines; drives innovative ideas to improve systems and processes to achieve superior results; travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, and Organization Development required
- SPHR or PHR preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in Human Resources required
