Human Resources Generalist (HRG)

Oversee and lead HR departments for multiple care centers, providing ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management and team members; direct and oversee the work of full-time employees within the care centers; assist department heads with recruitment, hiring, and orientation/training; design and implement recruitment and retention programs; evaluate candidates and make recommendations on hiring; develop and lead employee recognition and engagement programs across multiple care centers; maintain and guide the implementation of facility HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
