Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist will support HR functions, employee relations, and compliance in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of employment laws, internal communications, recruitment strategies, and employee onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Computer skills which include a proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred but not required
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
Additional Requirements
- Candidates with second language ability especially in Spanish or German will be given additional consideration; however, fluency in English is required.
