Job Summary
The Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary HR point of contact for assigned centers and provides comprehensive HR support, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include managing recruiting efforts, conducting new hire orientations, maintaining personnel files, administering performance reviews, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The position requires a BA/BS in HRM, Business, or related field, or equivalent HR experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in HRM, Business, or related field and at least 1 year in HR or at least 3 verifiable years of experience in HR.
- Must have at least one year of verifiable experience with low-level employee relations.
- Current valid Driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM Certifications are a Plus+
- Strong computer skills, including email, MS Office and related business & communication tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and able to interact with staff at all levels.
