Human Resources Generalist - Healthcare

Healthcare HR Generalist role supporting employee relations, benefits and leave administration, training, policy implementation, performance management, and employment law compliance within Camino Health Center. Works with senior management to implement policies, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, maintain HR records, manage onboarding and training programs, coordinate credentialing/privileging for clinical staff, administer open enrollment and benefits, and provide staff communications and support across multiple locations. Ideal for a candidate who collaborates across teams, maintains confidentiality, and can balance multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
