Job Summary
Support day-to-day plant-level Human Resources priorities by maintaining trackers, files, and documentation for sustainability, ESG, compliance, and audit programs. Gather data for carbon accounting and environmental reporting, then track recurring deadlines, annual submissions, and corrective actions to ensure follow-through. Coordinate information with production, operations, and product management while preparing customer questionnaires, distributor portals, and vendor scorecards. Organize evidence for audits including EcoVadis, Higg FEM, and SMETA, and provide responsive support for employees, supervisors, and internal teams. This onsite role in Indiana, PA offers a full-time schedule with competitive benefits including 401(k) matching and medical coverage.

Desired Qualifications
