Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for the day-to-day execution of core HR processes, including payroll processing, benefits administration, time & attendance auditing, and compliance across corporate and field teams. Acts as primary contact for employee inquiries, maintains HRIS data integrity, and owns quarterly performance-cycle administration in collaboration with the Senior HR Consultant. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll for bi-weekly cycles, benefits enrollments and billing reconciliation, timekeeping audits, performance-management system administration and user support, recruitment and onboarding coordination, policy education, and process-improvement initiatives. Requires hands-on HR operations experience, strong communication, and ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment; Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business preferred and HRIS/benefits/recruitment experience with federal/state employment laws. Location: New York, NY, USA with ability to work from home one day per week.
