Job Summary
HR Generalist responsible for the ongoing management of employee benefits activities, including benefits administration, FMLA and Workers’ Compensation data systems, and collaboration with payroll and administrators. Role includes monitoring benefits processes for compliance, managing benefit issues and claims, designing and evaluating Paycom systems, providing internal customer service to managers, training on HR topics as needed, and offering back-up HR support across HR components. Must handle data reporting, budgeting considerations for benefits, and maintain accurate records while supporting enterprise leadership and program mission.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related field preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
