Job Summary
Oversee the ongoing operations of employee benefit activities, administer FMLA and Worker’s Compensation data, and provide HR back-up as needed. Manage benefits processes and vendor relationships (Paycom), ensure compliance with standards, collaborate with Payroll, analyze data to resolve concerns, design and evaluate Paycom systems, and provide training and support to managers on HR topics. Maintain benefit cost options and deliver timely, accurate reports; support broad HR concerns with enterprise leadership and maintain confidentiality across duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, Accounting or related field preferred
- two years of relevant work experience preferred
