Job Summary
Human Resources Generalist at Evangel University supporting the HR team with benefit administration, payroll administration, onboarding, and compliance. Responsible for benefits programs (enrollment, communications, records, invoicing, and regulatory compliance with ACA/COBRA/HIPAA/ERISA), payroll processing and data integrity, onboarding across the employee lifecycle, student employment processes, and audits. Requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, service orientation, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office;Bachelor’s degree in a related field and HR experience preferred. The role emphasizes maintaining a Christ-centered workplace culture and serving employees with excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrate at least one year of HR experience with emphasis in benefits and/or payroll administration
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Ellucian Colleague, or similar HRIS systems (preferred)
