Job Summary
Senior HR Advisor delivering end-to-end HR support across recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, health and safety compliance, HR administration, GDPR-compliant employee records, policy drafting, employee relations and development initiatives; acts as deputy to the HR manager, coaches People Leaders, and guides on performance management and wellbeing. Requires Master’s degree in Business Management or HR and 3+ years Belgium HR generalist/advisory experience; fluent in English and Dutch; full-time permanent contract with 60% telework and 40% office presence; travel to client sites in Belgium (Flanders and Wallonia) as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR generalist or HR advisory experience
- Strong understanding of Belgian employment legislation, social security, and collective labour agreements
- Fluent communication skills in English and Dutch
- High attention to detail with GDPR-compliant data handling
- Ability to guide People Leaders on HR processes, performance management, and employee wellbeing
- Experience drafting policies, procedures, and internal HR documentation
