Job Summary
Manage the HR function of an Eataly store by executing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to deploy a People strategy from acquisition to exit, while sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews through the Applicant Tracking System. Organize in-store hiring events, provide training to managers, and prepare new hires for cultural assimilation. Conduct objective investigations into employee grievances, drive benefits adoption, and analyze exit interviews to recommend process improvements. Ensure legal compliance with federal and state requirements while supporting the HRBP with metrics and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Understanding of all components of HR including systems, databases and metrics
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
