Job Summary
Assist in managing Worker's Comp and Auto Claims processes while coordinating sensitive Employee Relations investigations with the HR Manager. Administer health and welfare plans, including monthly and annual enrollments, and manage compliance for state licenses, driver's licenses, and green cards. Schedule recruitment interviews in conjunction with Branch Admins and oversee onboarding for new branches and site launches. Maintain and update the Driving Roster for all branches and respond to employment verification requests. This Full-Time, 1st Shift role requires the ability to work all scheduled hours, including after hours, with regular attendance and willingness to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or similar field
- One to three years proven working experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to function well in a team environment
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Strong problem solving, investigation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Regular Attendance
- The ability to work all scheduled hours, including after hours
- Must be willing to travel as needed
