Human Resources Generalist

Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions while conducting background checks and employment verifications. Manage the full employee lifecycle by conducting new hire orientation, processing terminations, handling exit interviews, and maintaining employee files. Serve as a liaison between management and staff to address inquiries regarding leaves, benefits, and compensation, and participate in disciplinary meetings and investigations. Assist with payroll processing and ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws. This role supports managers with HR needs within an internationally recognized dermatology practice focused on exceptional patient care and a supportive team culture.
