Human Resources Generalist, Day Shift, Physician Enterprise & Support Center

Perform day-to-day HR functions including employee relations support, unemployment administration, operational metrics tracking for worker's compensation and FMLA, and licensure management. Prepare turnover and data metrics for leadership using standard templates while tracking manager follow-ups on 30/60/90-day check-ins, performance development plans, and annual health requirements. Conduct 90-day and exit interviews, communicate findings with the HR Business Partner, and assess processes to improve service levels. Collaborate with leadership and staff to support initiatives like onboarding, engagement surveys, and policy implementation, while maintaining HR files in Workday and serving as a back-up to the HR Business Partner. Travel to various AMG Medical Group offices as needed.
