Job Summary
The HR Generalist serves as a key support for employees and leaders, providing accessible HR services including recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance recordkeeping, and employee communications. This role is responsible for maintaining employee files, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding processes, administering employee benefits and leave of absence programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Candidates should possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience across multiple functions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions (recruitment, leave of absence, benefits, compliance and basic employee relations)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Experience in a multi-location environment
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/PHR) is a plus
