Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary
HR Generalist role supporting HR disciplines including benefits and employee relations; serves as SME for benefit plans, manages open enrollment in ADP, handles benefit changes and ACA reporting, coordinates with carriers/vendors, runs monthly data reports, tracks ACA conformance, conducts new hire orientation and maintains the Employee Retention Program; conducts exit interviews and analyzes trends with recommendations to HRD; ensures required notices and communications; collaborates with the People Operations Team to improve processes and efficiency. Requires 3-5 years of HR experience across disciplines (benefits, payroll, employee relations, HR analytics, recruiting), ADP HRIS experience, strong communication skills, initiative, and ability to interact with leadership and multiple departments.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years HR experience in various HR disciplines including benefits, employee relations, payroll, HR analytics, talent/recruiting
- HRIS experience, ADP preferred
