Job Summary

Human Resources Generalist responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including comparing HR laws to policies, drafting HR templates, overseeing hiring and onboarding, conducting background checks and eligibility verifications, facilitating hiring and onboarding, assisting with new hire orientation and documentation, handling inquiries, maintaining compliance with employment laws, reviewing personnel files, administering HR programs (compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary, performance and talent management), providing payroll back-up (timecards, PTO, bonuses, benefits changes), and communicating/updating the employee handbook and policies. Requires strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and people operations, with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience.
