Job Summary
HR Generalist role providing fixed-term benefits administration, onboarding in Paylocity, and HR compliance coverage during an employee leave. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits (enrollments, terminations, life-event changes), coordinating Open Enrollment with the HR Manager, liaising with brokers and carriers, reconciling carrier invoices, responding to employee benefit inquiries, handling COBRA events, workers' compensation claims, unemployment claims, ACA compliance, and end-to-end onboarding/offboarding in Paylocity across multiple entities. Must maintain HIPAA privacy, labor-law compliance, and produce HR reports; strong communication, confidentiality, and multi-state operations experience required. Location: Torrance, CA. Type: Full-time, fixed-term (~5 months). Compensation: $70,304–$90,000 annualized.
