Job Summary
Conduct employment-related issue resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies. Maintain personnel records, process all leaves of absence, administer employee benefits, and coordinate annual performance reviews. Track role-specific requirements including scheduling lab work and processing clearance verifications for clinical staff. Assist with worker's compensation, FMLA, and disability claims while ensuring HR files remain audit-ready. Manage paperwork for Per Diem contractors and partner with Finance for accurate payroll data. Enter data into the HRIS system and provide HR reporting and project support. Obtain an HR Certification within two years of hire.
