Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruiting and onboarding in both English and Spanish, managing job postings, resume screening, interviews, and new hire orientation. Serve as an HR resource for benefits, employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation while maintaining HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and training records. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and travel arrangements to support a diverse workforce. Fluent bilingualism and 2-5 years of HR experience are required. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to translate and communicate effectively across all employee levels
- 2-5 years of Human Resources experience including recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, HRIS systems, and payroll processes
Desired Qualifications
- ADP experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting employee training, engagement programs, and workforce development initiatives
