Job Summary
Conduct recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, administer benefits programs, and address eligibility and claims inquiries. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. Support performance management processes, goal setting, and employee development plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR issues and enhance engagement. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of HR experience, and Workday familiarity. Based in Carrollton, TX, this role supports a diverse manufacturing workforce aligned with Teasdale Latin Foods' People Principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both written and verbal settings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
