Human Resources Generalist

Oversee HR departments for multiple skilled nursing homes, directing full-time employees and managing overall HR services, policies, and programs. Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management, HR Coordinators, and staff across care centers while assisting department heads with recruitment, hiring, and orientation. Design and implement recruitment and retention programs, evaluate candidates for hiring recommendations, and guide the implementation of facility HR policies in compliance with corporate, state, and federal guidelines. Develop employee recognition and engagement initiatives to improve systems and processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, four years of HR experience, and the ability to travel.
