Job Summary
HR Generalist—lead strategic HR partnerships, advise leaders on talent management, compensation, employee relations, and HR operations across Ontario and Quebec; design organizational structures, refine recruitment strategies, analyze HR data for trends, support disability management and return-to-work processes, and champion employee engagement and onboarding in a full-time temporary 12-month in-office role based in Grimsby, ON.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience, ideally in a multi-location or regional context
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, Ontario and Quebec labor laws, and compensation management
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, and employee relations
- Excellent rapport building, coaching and influencing skills
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using data to inform HR decisions
- Experience in unionized environments is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French (Preferred)
