Job Summary
Human Resources Generalist (Associate or Experienced) on-site in Everett, WA supporting the 737 Northline with a mid or second shift. Be the Heartbeat of Our Workforce by connecting with employees daily, guiding through HR policies, benefits, and career development opportunities, and championing a positive workplace culture. Administer HR programs, partner with manufacturing managers to deploy HR initiatives, collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, and maintain records of employee interactions. Promote open communication, resolve workplace issues fairly, and serve as a trusted partner for employees at all levels. Expect exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a visible HR presence on the manufacturing floor and a focus on data-driven insights to shape HR strategies. Qualifications include experience in HR, strong communication, relationship-building with stakeholders, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher; relocation is offered based on eligibility and candidate qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 6+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or HRBP
- Human Resources certification(s) (preferred)
- Experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
