Job Summary
HR Generalist supporting Allegiant Manufacturing in Gallatin, TN, responsible for full-cycle HR activities including payroll processing, recruitment from posting to onboarding, updating employee records, handling employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires ADP payroll experience, prior HR experience, and 360 recruiting experience, with the ability to work with time & attendance systems, benefits knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. Must be capable of safety training support and employee-relations activities in a manufacturing environment.

- Associate or bachelor’s Degree and/or 5-7 years payroll experience
