Job Summary
Human Resources Generalist (Part-Time) to support HR operations across clinical, administrative, and leadership teams in an ABA practice. Responsibilities include posting open positions, coordinating interviews, onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation, maintaining employee records with HIPAA compliance, monitoring certifications and annual trainings, supporting employee relations and communications, ensuring compliance with ACQ accreditation and state standards, maintaining HR policies and handbook updates, coordinating staff scheduling across clinic, home, and school-based services, and supporting recruitment pipelines and employer branding initiatives. Strong focus on confidentiality, professional workplace culture, and cross-team collaboration; candidate should engage with colleges and training programs to support workforce development.
