Job Summary
Greet guests, resolve shopping issues, and ensure a smooth transaction experience. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates. Support team member and leader training needs and be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption. Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business. Accurately handle cash register operations as needed and comply with all safety policies and training.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding federal, state and local employment laws
- Using basic Microsoft Office Suite computer and workforce management programs
- Effectively using scheduling software
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, without additional assistance from others
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
