Human Resources Expert responsible for supporting store leaders with talent and staffing needs, leading recruiting efforts, and delivering HR processes and programs to maximize team engagement and reduce business disruption. Primary duties include understanding employment laws, using scheduling/payroll systems, assisting with training and development, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering an easy, guest-centric in-store experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
