Job Summary
Conduct recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates, manage scheduling systems and pay practices, and support team member and leader training needs. Collaborate with HR leaders to anticipate talent and staffing needs, ensuring the right mix of experience and skills for in-store and digital shopping experiences. Act as an expert resource for scheduling and compliance, delivering HR processes to maximize team member engagement while maintaining ethical conduct and safety standards. Handle cash register operations as needed and resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, without additional assistance from others
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
